This role is to supervise various production lines within a fast moving dynamic environment. Successful candidates will be well organised with excellent administrative and numeracy skills. This challenging and varied role requires a multi-tasker with the ability to meet deadlines whilst ensuring high quality standards. PRODUCTION FLT DRIVER

This role is for a Production FLT driver within a fast moving dynamic environment. Artic( 44 Tonne) Day Drivers @ Basic £7.35 per hour guaranteed

Rigid (18 Tonne) Drivers @ Basic £6.60 per hour guaranteed

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR CPD

Role
Reporting to the Production Manager, the role of Production Supervisor involves a hands on approach to implement production and process improvements. Key focuses for this position are day to day operational responsibility for the production facility, setting up new production structures, chairing production meetings and developing/training existing production teams.

Person
As Production Supervisor you will have proven production supervisory experience gained in a fast moving multi-customer manufacturing environment. You will have previous experience of implementing changes to improve productivity and cost whilst driving efficiency in a manufacturing facility. Experience in contract packing would be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Devise & implement an account development plan to ensure year on year growth and retention

• To develop, lead and manage the Commercial team.
